That experience is complemented by work across other communities and regulatory environments, bringing a broader perspective to how we understand projects and the paths available to move them forward.

Much of our work can also be done remotely. Brandice founded UrbanKind to provide planning guidance that combines technical knowledge with practical judgment, clear communication, and an understanding of the people and processes behind planning decisions.

Experience
Brandice brings more than 20 years of experience across local government, legal practice, and consulting, including extensive work with Washington, DC’s planning and zoning processes from both the public and private sides. Her experience spans entitlements, development review, long-range planning, regulatory analysis, community engagement, and matters before the DC Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustment.
